1. The service
LeadScout is an independent project operated by Emmanuel Kamal Muhammed. It helps research public business websites, organise potential contacts, prepare personalised business pitches and manage authorised email through a connected Gmail account. It is currently a private pilot, not a generally available multi-user service. Access is arranged directly with the operator.
2. Your account and instructions
Use only an account and mailbox you are authorised to control. Keep sign-in access secure and give accurate profile and project information. You are responsible for your uploaded CV, portfolio, recipient selection, message content and sending instructions. Only upload or use content you have the right to share.
Review your research, profile and preferences carefully. Enabling standing automatic approval authorises newly researched, validated pitches to enter the sending queue. Enabling automatic sending permits the service to process approved queued messages within the configured limit. You can turn either preference off. Pausing future processing does not recall messages already accepted by an email provider.
3. Appropriate use
Use LeadScout in accordance with applicable privacy and electronic-marketing rules and the policies of connected providers, including Google's Gmail API and account policies. The service is not a way to bypass consent requirements, email-provider restrictions, crawl permissions or account sending limits.
Do not use the service for abusive or prohibited unsolicited messaging, indiscriminate bulk email, deceptive offers, impersonation, harassment, illegal content, personal-list harvesting, or evasion of opt-outs. Do not invent relationships, testimonials, business needs or performance results. Respect website crawl restrictions and contact suppression records. Access may be limited or suspended for misuse or provider requirements.
4. Research and AI-generated drafts
Public websites can be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. A published email address does not prove that it is monitored, that a business wants a proposal, or that it needs the proposed work. AI-assisted drafts may contain errors and need appropriate review and oversight.
LeadScout does not guarantee the accuracy of source information, delivery, replies, sales, contracts, regulatory compliance or approval by Google or another platform. Service descriptions and examples on the public homepage illustrate functionality rather than promising a particular commercial result.
5. Sending and third-party services
The sending workflow uses daily limits, per-business duplicate checks and suppression, reply and bounce checks. Replies stop further automatic outreach to the contact. Failed or uncertain sends are held for review rather than automatically retried.
“Sent” means the email provider accepted the message; it is not a delivery or read receipt. Third-party providers may apply their own quotas, spam filtering, access restrictions, verification requirements, outages or revocations. LeadScout cannot override those decisions and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Netlify, OpenAI or Cloudflare.
6. Your content and privacy
You retain your rights in the material you supply. You authorise the limited processing needed to host it, create drafts, attach selected files, send messages and provide the features you request. Outgoing messages and attachments are disclosed to the chosen recipients and their email providers.
The Privacy Policy describes information collection, Gmail access, storage, sharing, retention and deletion controls. It forms part of the information you should review before using the service.
7. Pilot availability and changes
Features may change during the pilot, and access may be interrupted or withdrawn. No paid plan, subscription or service-level commitment is offered through these public pages. Any future commercial terms must be agreed separately. You can stop using the service and disconnect Gmail. Requests to delete stored application data are handled through the contact below.
8. Contact
Questions, support requests, concerns and data requests can be sent to ekamcy@gmail.com. These terms were last updated on 29 October 2026. Material changes will be published here with an updated date.
